Description:
The Timloc Low Profile Plain Tile Vent enables ventilation directly into a roof space or connect to a ducted ventilation system for mechanical extraction.
Suitable for use with all concrete and clay plain tiles to ventilate the roof space or connected to a ducted ventilation system inside the building.
- Suitable for roofs with a minimum pitch of 35°
- Free ventilation area of 6,100mm2
- Sized to replace 2 plain tiles to provide a continuous visual appearance along the roof when viewed at all levels
- Shaped to manage rainwater back down onto the roof and away from the vent opening via the three drainage channels
- Internal grille to keep out large insects, vermin and debris
- UV stabilised for continuous exposure to sunlight
- Lightweight and easy to handle
- Certification: BS EN 490:2011, BS 5250: 2021, BS 5534:2014
- Manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BS EN ISO 14001:2015
- Complies with all relevant sections of the Building Regulations 2010
