Restec FlexiTec 2020 Resin in Dark Grey is a premium, flexible liquid-applied GRP roofing resin designed to provide a seamless, durable and fully waterproof membrane for both new roofs and refurbishment projects. Its unique multi-surface formulation combines the strength and rapid curing properties of traditional fibreglass systems with the flexibility and versatility of modern liquid roofing solutions.
Suitable for direct application onto a wide range of substrates including OSB, felt, asphalt, concrete, GRP and single-ply systems, FlexiTec 2020 allows existing roofs to be overlaid without the need for costly strip-and-replace works. The finished membrane is highly impact-resistant, accommodates foot traffic and remains flexible enough to handle movement without cracking.
With a rapid cure time of just 30–60 minutes per coat and a coverage rate of approximately 7.4m²–10.6m² per 20kg tin, FlexiTec 2020 significantly reduces installation times while delivering long-lasting waterproof protection. The system can be applied as a single-coat repair solution or as a two-coat system backed by a 20-year product guarantee.
The finished membrane is also extremely tough, impact resistant and can easily accommodate foot traffic. However due to its unique flexible technology, Flexitec 2020 is able to coat all common roof surfaces such as felt, concrete, asphalt, GRP and timber – meaning roofs can be overlaid without the need for strip and replace works.
