Description:
The Ubbink OFT-2F Flat Roof Vent is a A 110mm diameter breather vent for use in built-up felt roofs, GRP roofs, EDPM roofs and many single ply membranes.
It offers a large free vent area with a low Pascal resistance figure. The stack cap is mechanically fixed so more secure when installed in extreme weathers, but can be removed for servicing purposes.
The Ubbink Flat Roof Vent is made of high-quality polypropylene (PP). This material is lightweight and not sensitive to damage or cracking. The lifetime of high-quality PP is longer compared to aluminum and does not expand or crimp.
