Sandtoft 25mm Eaves Vent System for use with all tiles and slates.
Sandtoft's 25mm Eaves Ventilation System has been specially designed to provide continuous 25mm free vent areas to roof voids in an efficient and unobtrusive manner for roofs.
Sandtoft over fascia ventilation provides continuous free vent areas of 10,000 mm² and insulation retention irrespective of rafter centres and soffit width.
The over fascia ventilation strip provides effective resistance to large insects and driving rain.
The underlay support tray prevents sagging of the underlay behind the fascia and eliminates the problem of long-term deterioration of the underlay at the eaves.
The 25mm over fascia ventilator strips and underlay support tray are supplied in 6 metre packs
