The BMI Redland Richmond 10 is a flat interlocking concrete slate, featuring a thin leading edge. Produced by Redland and supplied by Roofing Outlet, the Richmond 10 offers the specifier an elegant solution to all roof designs, with the added bonus of being able to use on pitches as low as 17.5°. 

Richmond 10 is a highly cost effective roofing solution where an authentic slate appearance is required. Its contemporary design offers a thin leading edge and hidden interlock without compromising strength, durability and weather tightness.

Completely redesigned to incorporate the latest concrete tile technology, Richmond 10, offers a 10 slates/m² solution and a unique single annular ring-shank fixing, Richmond 10 Slates are even quicker and easier to lay than their predecessors.
