Manufactured using premium Staffordshire Etruria Marl clay, widely considered the strongest and most durable clay for roof tile manufacture.
Using advanced firing and sanding techniques, the tiles achieve a natural variation in texture and colour, mimicking the subtle weathered look of traditional clay roofs. Precision engineering ensures uniformity in size and shape and enhancing overall roof aesthetics.
For projects in conservation areas or where heritage aesthetics are a priority, the Acme Heritage range offers three distinctive colourways: Acme Weathered, Ashurst, and Aylesham Mix, ensuring greater flexibility in meeting planning requirements.
Marley’s Acme clay tile range is accredited to the BES 6001 Framework Standard for Responsible Sourcing. This accreditation supports projects in achieving additional BREEAM credits.
