Cromar Leadax Easy FA Self-Adhesive Lead Replacement Flashing is a fully self-adhesive lead replacement, made to be applied as easily as possible. It's extremely strong whilst being easy to use and lightweight.
Leadax Easy SA has two self-adhesive strips attached to the bottom, which makes it easier to process. In addition, only a few accessories are needed. This makes the product not only easy but also quick to apply.
Leadax Easy FA is the fully self-adhesive lead replacement in the product family Leadax Flashing. Leadax Easy FA has no harmful effects on people’s health and the environment. A second generation lead replacement that’s very light to use. Leadax Easy FA can easily be applied by hand and only has to be pushed down with a roller very lightly. Leadax Easy FA is extremely thin, yet extremely strong.
Leadax Easy FA weighs only 2.25 kg per m². Light in weight means better for you back. In addition, the self-adhesive product is only 1.65 mm thick. So it's super thin, while the product is just as strong as traditional lead.
Applications:
- Can be used as a water barrier in (cavity) walls and under casings
- At the intersection between chimney bases and roof tiles
- At chimney flashings to provide a water barrier
- Can be applied to the base of dormers and skylights as a waterproofing layer at the joint between dormer side walls and tiled roofs
- As a watertight connection between an outside wall and an extension.
- Can be used as valley gutters and waterproofing on the ridges of (tiled) roofs.
